Terms and Conditions
Booking:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment date and time. Deposits can be paid via cash or Apple Pay.
Appointments without a deposit are not guaranteed and may be subject to cancellation. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking; otherwise, the appointment may be canceled.
By paying the deposit, the client agrees to all policies outlined by Framez by Cairo.
For collaborations or creative projects with no monetary compensation, Framez by Cairo retains full rights to all images and may use them at any time for any purpose.
Payment:
All sessions must be paid in full before or immediately after the shoot via cash or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a €20 late fee. Session times will not be extended due to lateness.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
All deposits are non-refundable and will serve as a cancellation fee if the client is unable to attend the scheduled session.
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to:
Transfer the deposit to a future session, or
Receive a 50% refund of the deposit
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the session, no refund will be issued. However, the client may reschedule once at no additional cost, subject to the photographer’s availability, within 3 months.
The photographer reserves the right to refuse service to clients with a repeated history of cancellations.
If Framez by Cairo is unable to perform due to circumstances beyond control (including but not limited to illness, emergency, fire, natural disasters, or technical failures), the deposit will be refunded. No further liability will be held.
In any case, liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.
Image Policy:
Proof images will be delivered within 1–4 business days after the session. Delivery times may vary depending on workload.
Final edited images will be delivered within 7–14 business days after the client has selected their preferred images.
